This project involved the design and construction of two new build houses close to the centre of Haslemere following the demolition of an existing building. The existing property was vacant and had been costume hire shop and prior to that a car sales room, and it was once the Haslemere dairy building. After demonstrating that the current use in the location was not sustainable planning permission was granted for the new development.
