Planning permission was granted for the erection of a replacement dwelling and garage
following the demolition of the existing dwelling, garage and all other ancillary
outbuildings. The design of the replacement dwelling was influenced by Arts and Crafts vernacular,
using varied eaves heights and roof forms. It emulates the design of many properties
found within the District and relies on the use of traditional materials and architectural
details. Externally the walls are clad with Horsham stone, with dressed stone surrounds to the bronze windows.
