The building was a detached dwelling situated in Surrey and the principal house was built in the 1920s by the architect Henry Edmund Matthews. The property includes the Great Hall, a 16th century barn which had previously been moved from Cowden in Kent. |

Our proposals included the complete refurbishment of the interior and the conversion of the existing loft space to provide two additional bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
We also constructed a new detached garage with first floor office accommodation.
